Heritage Buick GMC

Since 6/12/22. I have been in and out with oils and spending large amounts of money. This last service experience was horrible. The customer service was terrible and it took a full week to get an answer about the issue with my vehicle. The diagnostic was determined to cost me over 3000.00 dollars. I did not receive a new oil pan as stated. I have taken my car to a certified mechanic and he has explained and shown me how I have been ripped off by your dealership

So, I called up from North Carolina, expecting the same old dealership experience. Boy, was I wrong. Quentin and Josh were nothing short of amazing. Made the transaction seemless and the experience awesome. I spoke with them on Saturday and was on a plane Monday morning. They picked me up at the airport and had me in and out in no time flat. I made the 1000 mile trek back to North Carolina and would do it all over again. Thanks for the professionalism and ease of purchase. If I ever buy another GMC it will be from these guys. Thanks again!!!

I had called Doug Hogue up to ask for a 2024 White gas Sierra 2500 in stock. He said to come by and take a look at it. We showed up to look at it and when we first showed up he stated there is no pressure to buy and was very relaxed. We felt at ease to buy we then put a 500 retainer on the truck. We then said we will be gone for a week and he said no problem and the vehicle would be here for us. We then went on to see sick family while always monitoring your website and asking others what they thought about Diesel or gas. We received good vibes about going to a Diesel which i then called Doug from the North Midwest and said to put the 2024 Sierra 2500 Red truck on hold and take off the white Sierra. as we traveled back i made appointment with Doug to complete the sale of the Red 2500 Diesel. once at the Hertiage we then looked at others including a 1500 GMC Denali and other 2500's Denali. We then looked at the Redwood Denali Diesel and that is what we had purchased.. He allowed us and took time with us to answer all questions we had with the purchase before we purchased. Doug set the tone with us by stating there is no pressure and that is the main reason on why we purchased the 2500 Redwood Denali. Doug was an awesome salesman and encouraged the up sale on the Denali. Thanks with working with us to accomplish this. The rest of the salesmen and finance was very informative and made the sale much more enjoyable making sure we had water and all our questions were answered. Well done which all dealerships were run this way. Which they aren't.

The worst experience ever yesterday. I have been a customer a long time at your Rockwall location and each time over the years, I have been met with great service from the time I drove up until I left. My service rep is no longer there and things have not been the same since his departure. No one bothered to say hello when I walked into the service area from the 4 men sitting in their open service desks. The one who asked (in an unpleasant tone) how he could assist, asked my name and informed the service rep (who sat directly across from him) that I was there for his assistance. I walked over to that guy who only asked for my keys. Never said a pleasant word to me. He asked for my keys and told me that he would call when my vehicle was ready. He did do that. I refused to go back inside when I returned to get my vehicle. I told my husband how I was treated when I dropped my vehicle off and asked him to go inside to pay. He said that he wasn't treated (seemed to be someone other than my assigned service rep) with much kindness either. The guy went to get my vehicle after my husband paid for the service and we left. I don't have any intentions of buying any future vehicle there and won't return for any service of my current vehicle. I'd rather write a positive review as I've done in the past, but must report the very unprofessional behavior yesterday.

My vehicle recently had a check engine light issue and the team at Heritage Buick GMC in Rockwall, Tx, showed me superior service. Marcus, Brad, Michael, Joshua, and the GM went the extra mile to ensure that I and my vehicle were taken care of properly. I live some distance from Rockwall, and it is great people like them who are the reason I travel the extra mile to do business with their dealership. A big thank you to each of you!
